Course Outline

This foundation course will help you develop a sound base of the subject. Its our effort to take you on a journey of self-discovery through Yoga and help you share this knowledge effectively, whilst debunking myths of Yoga.

As Yog-Kulam trained teacher you will lead by example, possess comprehensive knowledge of subject, understand modern day application, at the same time be able to adapt teaching methods to suit the audience.

This course is designed to will help you understand Yoga - as way of life and empower you to be effective champion of the subject. It will give you a unique enriching experience.

Course Details

Course Pre-Requisite: 

  • Minimum 2 yrs self-practice of Yoga-asana

  • Successful applicants must pass personal interview. 

Course Fee:

  • £1500 (course material, exam fees)

  • For early registrants  only £999

  • Instalment option available

  • Additional cost (flight tickets to India)

Course Duration 

  • 250 hours (over 200 contact hours)

  • Spread across 12 months (predominantly run on weekends)

Mode of teaching

  • 60% online classes 

  • 10% offline classes 

  • 30% residential classes

Assessment (Point based evaluation)

  • Journal writing (Life integration, realization)

  • Impact analysis submission, 500 words

  • Demonstration - conducting Yoga class

  • Personal interview
